Thank you for shopping with Studio 12-20. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange it or refund your purchase. Please read our Return / Exchange Criteria and Return / Exchange Procedures.
Exchange / Return Criteria:
- Merchandise can only be returned or exchanged with 20 days of date it was shipped.
- Orders placed from Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada are not exchangeable or a $10 fee will be applied.
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox without damage to the shoes.
- You may not return any worn items, sale items, jewelry, or accessories.
- Shipping & Handling on returned merchandise is non refundable (unless the product is damaged up arrival or the wrong item was shipped).

1) All Exchange / Return requests must be emailed to sales@studio1220.com.
Please include the following information in your Return Request:
- Name
- Sales Receipt Number
- Do you want to Return or Exchange the merchandise
- Item(s) style number you wish to return / exchange
- Reason you wish to return / exchange the item
- Arrived Damage (S&H paid by Studio 12-20)
- Wrong Item Shipped (S&H paid by Studio 12-20)
- Fit Issue / Wrong Size
- Wrong Item Ordered
- Product, Color, or Quality not as expected
- Other...
2) Upon receipt of your return / exchange request email, a Studio 12-20 Customer Service Rep. will review your Return / Exchange Request to determine if the merchandise meets our Return / Exchange Criteria and who will pay the S&H.
3) Upon approval of your request, you will be issued (via email response) a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to be clearly printed on the package you will be shipping your merchandise in. * Packages without the assigned RA# clearly legible will be refused upon arrival *
Shipping:
1) After filling out the Studio 12-20 Return / Exchange form (paper copy included with your merchandise) you will need to pack up your items for shipment (in the original package if possible). Place the Studio 12-20 Return / Exchange form inside the package with your merchandise.
2) Write your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of your package. Please remember that unless otherwise notified by our Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send your package with insurance. Collecting Your Refund:
1) Once your return is processed your credit card will be refunded for the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charges incurred. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for your credit card refund to appear on your statement.

All orders are shipped by Standard Delivery. Standard Delivery typically takes between four (4) and ten (10) days. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that we use UPS as our preferred shipping carrier and therefore are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada is by Standard delivery only, and the average delivery time is 5 – 10 business days.
Standard Delivery
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 1 -2 business days. Orders that are place Monday – Thursday before 1:00 p.m. PST will be processed that day, not including holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders place after 1:00 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day, and ship within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 1:00 p.m. PST will be processed on the following Monday.
