Returns + Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with Studio 12.20. If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase we will gladly exchange it or refund your purchase. Please read our Return / Exchange Criteria and Return / Exchange Procedures.
*Backordered items will ship upon arrival noted in product description*
EXCHANGE / RETURN CRITERIA:
- Merchandise can only be returned or exchanged within 14 days of date item(s) were received.
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox without damage to the shoes.
- You may not return any worn items.
- Shipping & Handling on returned merchandise is non refundable (unless the product is damaged up arrival or the wrong item was shipped).
IN STORE EXCHANGES
- Any merchandise purchased online can be brought in to the store to be exchanged or for store credit within 14 days of date item(s) were received.
- Items are only eligible for refund through our online store.
- Any in store purchases, even those shipped to you can only be exchanged
- Merchandise purchased online can not be refunded in store, only exchanged or store credit.
- Merchandise must be unworn and have tags attached.
EXCHANGE / RETURN PROCEDURE:

Please include the following information in your Return by filling out the enclosed Return Form:
- Sales Receipt Number
- Do you want to Return or Exchange the merchandise
- Item(s) style number you wish to return / exchange
- Reason you wish to return / exchange the item
- Arrived Damage (S&H paid by Studio 12-20)
- Wrong Item Shipped (S&H paid by Studio 12-20)
- Fit Issue / Wrong Size
- Wrong Item Ordered
- Product, Color, or Quality not as expected
1) After filling out the Studio 12-20 Return / Exchange form (paper copy included with your merchandise) you will need to pack up your items for shipment (in the original package if possible). Place the Studio 12-20 Return / Exchange form inside the package with your merchandise.
2) Please remember that unless otherwise notified by our Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send your package with insurance. Address your package to:

Collecting Your Refund:
1) Once your return is processed your credit card will be refunded for the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charges incurred. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for your credit card refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping Costs and Methods
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in seven (7) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 5 - 7 business days. All orders placed on Friday after 1:00 p.m. PST will be processed on the following Monday.
